Honeycoft a children's charity working in Hove's local community for all children and their families.
The centre is the largest children's charity within the City of Brighton and Hove. Orginally established in Glebes Villas,Hove, Honeycroft moved approximately ten years ago to St Barnabas Hall, Sackville Road, Hove.
The aims of Honeycroft is to provide all inclusive care and education for children, and their families, from birth to eleven years and supports over a hundred and twenty families, fifty weeks of the year.
Opening hours are 08.00 - 18.00 Monday - Friday
Children's services provided are:
playgroup for children from 30 months to five years,
Pre-playgroup from birth to 30 months
Creche including outreach from birth to eight years
Afterschool and holiday Club from five years to eleven years
Honeycroft Training
Honeycroft provides training rooms during the term time as follows:
WEA English language classes
Preschool Learning Alliance Accredited childcare quailifications at level 2 & 3
Other classes include
Yoga, dance and keep fit
The ethos of Honeycroft training is to include everyone within the local community
Community Coffee Shop 09.30 - 15.00
The coffee shops provides a hot vegetargian dish and soup of the day
Fresh fair trade coffee and other refreshments
